MOVING TO LEVEL TWO

To all our valued customers,

Our factory and workshops are now back up and running and fully operational. We want to reassure you that we have put health and safety protocols in place to keep our customers and staff safe – including truck and trailer handovers. These protocols focus mostly on good hygiene and distancing practices, and will remain in place right the way through Alert Level 2. 

Scheduled Project Forecast
For those customers who already have builds underway in our factory, we have been working through the impact of the lockdown on completion dates. Our sales representatives will be in touch soon, if they haven’t been already, with more details in this regard. We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding as we work our way through this.

On-site Visit Protocols
Under Level 2, our gates will remain locked, therefore all visits need to be facilitated by a call to the site manager (or designate) with adequate notice. Such visits will be subject to safety and risk mitigation protocols and we appreciate your cooperation.

Support with Repairs and Parts
Please note that although our repairs and parts workshops are back up and running for all services, we are running at reduced capacity in order to meet our new health and safety requirements. During Level 2, we ask that you phone ahead rather than just turning up at either of our sites. This is to keep everyone safe and in keeping with our new Covid-19 Level 2 procedures.

Sales Support, Quotes and Orders
For the continued safety of our staff and customers we have made the call to limit all client visits by our sales team to those that are considered essential only and unable to be handled via phone or video conference. Should a site visit be deemed necessary, we commit to working closely with you to meet all Covid-19 protocols currently in place. Our sales team are eager to help you wherever they can and are only a phone call or email away if you need anything. Please feel free to contact them directly regarding orders, quotes or general support.
