I’ve been with Domett for over eight years now having come from a Dairy Farming background. During this time, I’ve been fortunate enough to have several roles, both on and off the tools, across a range of different departments and areas of the business.
What I enjoy the most though is being able to source, train and coach people from all walks of life and bring them together to help them all reach the next step in their career journey.
For me, seeing the team being able to build something they can be incredibly proud of and providing opportunities for them to learn a trade that can open many doors for them is hugely satisfying.
