Jordon Lusher

Welding & Fabrication Apprentice

“School wasn’t for me so joined up with the local Polytech who gave me a pathway into Domett.”

I’m currently in my third year with Domett and I’m working across our non-deck and skeletal trailer division. I’m part of a small four-man team who all help each other out and take equal pride in turning out really high-quality work.

The learning curve for me has been massive and like anything it takes time to perfect your skills. If you make a mistake, it’s not the end of the world and you are given the support you need to make sure it’s turned into a learning opportunity.

I’m a driven person and I’m keen to move up the ladder when the time is right. I’m looking forward to one day running my own team and being able to help and train up new team members.
