“After finishing school I did a Cadetmax course to help prepare for employment and explore different career options before starting a trial with Domett in 2022.”
To begin with I started out in our finishing department, before moving on to tack up and I’m now working in our trailer division.
I’ve just started my welding apprenticeship and I’m looking forward to trying new things across the various divisions in the business.
I really like the hands-on nature of welding and enjoy seeing a drawing come to life and being able to hone and learn new skills.
I’ve been given so much support and opportunities from the wider Domett team. Everyone is great at offering advice and guidance to help me get better and learn new skills.
